Had the SOUTHERN BURGER with “Russian dressing” (which is thousand island dressing) and the BREAKFAST BURGER. Burgers were good. The SWEET POTATO FRIES were perfectly crispy on the outside and delicious with a side of blue cheese dressing. Friendly, accommodating staff. Reasonable prices. Restaurant decor fully committed to its “Roadkill” theme. =)

Thanks to Google we found this gem. Don’t judge the book by the cover. We pulled into the parking lot and we were second guessing our decision. So glad we went in. We were greeted by the owner Christine. What a great person. She helped us with our food selection and everything she recommended was so good. Just as good as her story and the bar/restaurant. If you haven’t been there yet then you must go!

A great place to go to experience different types of exotic food for a decent price, if you like karaoke they have it on fridays and are fun. The atmosphere is great, the service was awesome, the blueberry lemonade Vodka was delicious, and I really enjoyed my time there.

Owner Christine and staff are super friendly. Ordered take out and the food was delicious. The steak and ostrich burger were cooked perfectly as requested. French onion chicken is amazing. We ordered gator bites and venison stew which was also delicious.

The RDI may be the most legendary bar of all time! From seeing the iconic Running Deer sign from the car as a kid, to going there as an adult, this bar has the perfect small town feel with big city taste. Not a single complaint can be made, the RDI is the greatest of all time!

Stumbled upon this restaurant on Google Maps, and so happy we stopped by our way back up to our air b&b. Recently opened and woman-owned, with lots of history (including personal history for the owner and her family!). More power to her! We had a lovely time during our dinner, sat on the patio with our pup. The waitress and owner (Christine) were wonderful and very gracious. Our meal was very tasty - in particular the buffalo cauliflower bites (as good as wings!!) and the cowboy burger. Would definitely recommend!
